Our Story

The Uncle story started in 2001 with business consulting services.

Uncle Sustainability, inspired by a childhood moment on the mountainside of Llo in the Pyrenees, was founded by Aude Grasset in 2017 to take action to mitigate businesses' impact on nature and climate.

Our focus is always on building a personal and results-driven relationship with our clients.  Our approach is academically rigorous, with expertise in lecturing and assessment at the Université Paris Dauphine - PSL  and the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL).

Uncle Sustainability is a proud member of the SME Climate Hub, a global initiative that empowers small to medium sized companies to take climate action and build more resilient businesses.

Through the SME Climate Hub, we commit to lowering our impact on the environment through authentic action, halving our emissions by 2030. In making the commitment, we have joined the United Nations Race to Zero campaign.
